Hodgson Custom Rolling Inc. is in a state of consistent growth and expansion, and requires the following position.

Main Responsibilities: 

Reception services such as answering incoming phone calls, taking/distributing messages, providing information to callers, transferring calls to appropriate staff, greeting visitors and directing visitors all while representing the company in a professional manner.

Provide clerical support to all departments by updating manual and electronic files.

Job entry into production system (Job Boss) and package traveler for shop and office.

Gather and supply information to various departments as required.

Photocopies, scans documents, maintains all office equipment and arranges any required service for repairs.

Sorts and distributes incoming mail and faxes.

Filing internal and external documentation.

Maintaining courier supplies and arranging services as required.

Maintains / orders office supplies and assists purchasing.

Serve as the phone administrator maintaining the phone system and updating phone lists.

Organize company events

Other administrative duties as assigned.


Previous general administrative experience preferably in a manufacturing company.

Diploma and/or equivalent experience in office administration preferred.

Professional personal presentation.

Computer literacy with MS Office (Word, Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, excellent time management skills.

Well organized, self-starter that works with minimal supervision.
